2. Counter-Notification

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its original URL(s).

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe on copyright laws may have their access to the Site terminated.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from the removal or disabling of content in compliance with the DMCA.
